Terms of Service

These terms govern business customers' access to software provided by Atom Technologies. Access is granted by subscription for the customer's own business use and may not be resold or used for any unlawful purpose.

Customers are responsible for their accounts and keep ownership of the data they submit. The software is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to set up and manage your account, such as your name, business name and email address. This data is used solely for account provisioning.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. For questions about your data, contact support.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital SaaS subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
